How to use the generated record

Copy the value above and create a TXT record at your domain root (host @) in your provider's DNS panel. Wait for propagation and check with the SPF and DMARC checker.

A domain can only have one SPF record. If one already exists, edit the current one instead of creating another. Avoid going over 10 include/a/mx mechanisms (the SPF limit).
